The Research Network for Sustainable Development (India) (Resnet) is an alliance of research professionals, not for profit organisations (NGOs), public sector and government agencies. The ultimate goal of Resnet is to bring about sustainability and large-scale development impact by building capacity and networks for research informed practice.
Knowing that there is huge investment and efforts made for development, Resnet believes in collaborative approaches and linking diverse stake-holders to promote research informed development which will help to ensure more precise development investment and activity focus. Initiated with project funding by Global Challenge Research Fund in January 2019 and implemented by Canterbury Christ Church University (UK), the network membership includes renowned professionals and organisations.. The membership is free of charge and the network policy on ethical research is signed by all members.
In the first stage, Resnet took up three areas of research through projects in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu . Funding is currently being sought for follow-on work.
We are open to collaborations/ partnerships in the area of research and development and can be contacted at : info@resnetsdg.com.
