Biography

Nirmala Rani has over 24 years of experience working in diverse sectors that work towards community development. She has a wide global experience having worked with leading international not-for profits such as Habitat for Humanity, ChildFund and Oxfam India. Her expertise is in forging partnerships with private sector in aid of the not for profits and creating meaningful impact. Nirmala holds a masters degree in Organisational leadership from Eastern University, Pennsylvania. Her consulting firm CSR DIODE plays a key role in nurturing partnerships and supporting existing partners of the GCRF network.
