Biography

Dr. K.Gunasekaran is Professor and Head of Division of Transportation Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Anna University. He has 30 years of experience in teaching. His areas of interest are public transport, road safety, traffic engineering and transport planning. He has carried out nine sponsored research projects including CSIR CRRI Sponsored Development of Indian highway capacity manual. He is also a co-coordinator for 40 Transportation studies. His work has been published in 16 national and International journals and presented in 30 National and International Conferences. He is currently guiding PhD Scholars.
